Folks are in Cobargo, Australia
From an email from the folks....Hi Guys
We have met up with Mary and Dave and we are in Cobargo. Sydney has become a magnificent city, truly impressive. We had a great time in Sydney, ride around the Harbour in a catarmaran, aquarium, museum and wildlife exhibitions. (Saw platypus!!) Food and wine excellent and expensive. Dave took us to the Blur Mountains and saw their first house. Yesterday took 7 hours to drive to Cobargo On Sunday we are to be "shown" to the folks in this 600+ town (village). This apparently is a huge event. Should be hysterical from what I am hearng.
Woke up to kookaboras laughing outside. Looked out of bedroom windows to see alpacas grazing on the field opposite where they are farmed. You look around and can see no other buildings, just rolling hills and fields. Lovely.
Lots of talking, of course, which shows no sign of slowing down. Colin and Bill obviously made a big impression. Nick clearly has to come to Australia sometime.
Mutti is having fun and in fine form. Evertime she gets on a "ride" she becomes 50 years younger. We went dn the world's steepest rail ride into a gorge yesterday. Cable car down, rail back up. I think Dave and Colin did the cable car trip together. She was a kid again.
Today is lounge around and take a few pictures.
