It's been a While!
Looks like I haven't posted anything since August. It's been a busy couple of months.
Over labor day weekend, Debbie and I did our first back packing trip together to the Trinity Alps. We hiked in over 8 miles to Morris Meadows and spent two nights recovering. It was a beautiful spot, someplace I hope to go back to.
Also in August, we went to a wedding in Napa. I know, tough life. The wedding was a blast, we danced and drank a lot. We also hit up some wineries (of course) and sampled some amazing cabernets.
Debbie had a bunch of girls only weekend excursions, while I spent the weekends watching college and pro football (poor me).
In October, I met up with the fellas from college in Vegas. Where I lost my shirt to vegas, and had a great time catching up with Brad, Bryan, and Nate.
Oh, and before I forget, Aunt Mary in Australia sent along some scary photos of a forest fire that came way too close to their home. It's been a couple of dry years, we are all hoping this is a mild summer for the folks down under.
