2013 Year in Review
Happy New Year everyone! I can hardly believe it’s 2014, where did 2013 go?

It has been quite a year in the Clifford family. So many changes and milestones.
Let’s start with Ross. The little guy has changed so much over the course of the past 12 months. From a tiny (5th percentile) baby to an active, jovial toddler. He is on the verge of walking – he may skip walking and jump straight into running (surely chasing after Tom). He laughs and smiles a lot, and loves to cuddle.
Tommy is also doing very well. His vocabulary continues to grow in new (and interesting) ways. He is a joker with a good sense of humor. He loves to play soccer, football, baseball or basketball – basically anything outside – and he loves to ride his scooter and run around the park. He is getting better at sharing, and has his tantrums now and then, but he is turning into a wonderful little boy.
Colin and Emily have made a very exciting change in their life – they now live in Hanoi, Vietnam. Both are teaching English (and other subjects) and, from the sound of things, thoroughly enjoying themselves. I highly recommend reading Emily’s blog, themysticalcrab.wordpress.com, it is a great read and she has a wondering writing style.
Mom and Dad had a relatively quiet year, well, quiet compared to 2012. Not as much travel, but a lot of other activities. Both are in amazing shape, and have kept extremely active. This year there are grand plans to visit Colin and Emily and take another cruise. As you can see, they are enjoying their retired time. Nicki, as usual, is doing amazing things in Washington D.C. She truly is a force of nature.
Debbie and I are slowly (very slowly) adjusting to live with two kids. It’s taken us a little while to adapt to the change, so we apologize for not reaching out more. Between work and kids it’s been a bit of a whirlwind, but now we *think* we have things figured out.
